Policies and Warranty
Our priority is to provide high-quality workmanship and maintain integrity in relationships with our clients. In the event that there is a malfunction in equipment that has been purchased from us, please let us know and we will determine if it can be corrected over the phone. If that is not possible, we will discuss the most appropriate course of action with you.

We provide a 90-day warranty on any hardware that we sell. This warranty applies only to normal use of the product. We do not provide any warranty on software installed on computers or hard drives purchased from us..

If hardware is returned within 15 days of the purchase date in the same condition in which it was sold, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

No item returned without prior arrangement will be accepted. If a computer is returned for parts replacement under warranty, the customer is responsible for backing up all data. We will not automatically back up data. However, data backup (and/or recovery) is available as an additional service.

Service Rates
  • $60/hr for in store repairs
  • $60/hr plus travel fee for off site repairs (1 hour minimum)
  • $50/hr plus travel fee for networking only (1 hour minimum)
  • $90 flat rate for backup
